Lolita’s Paws

We don’t just ship packages — we deliver tail wags. At Lolita’s Paws, we know the joy of a pet spotting their goodies, so we work hard to get every box out the door with care, speed, and a little extra love. 


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be available on promotional offers or minimum order values (details will be displayed at checkout).


3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days depending on customs clearance.

  • Please note: these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package using the courier’s website.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • Certain products (such as treats or food items) may have restrictions depending on international regulations.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • Lolita’s Paws is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at pawsup@lolitaspaws.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.


7. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to their order by their local government.

  • Lolita’s Paws is not liable for these charges.
