Sniff test failed? We’ll take it back.

At Lolita’s Paws, we know pets have standards — and if yours isn’t wagging, we want to make it right. Your furry friend’s happiness is part of our mission, so if something didn’t hit the mark, we’re here to help. Here’s our return and refund policy (written with love, not fine print).

Returns

You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened pet food, treats, grooming products, or any item that has been used.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at pawsup@lolitaspaws.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
If you need an exchange, contact us at pawsup@lolitaspaws.com and we’ll assist you with the replacement process.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used pet food and treats
Grooming and hygiene products once opened
Gift cards and downloadable items
Sale or clearance items (final sale)

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
